2. Discovery Meeting
Next, we’ll set up a meeting—30 minutes or an hour, whatever fits your schedule. This is where we get to know your agency and figure out how we can best help. We’ll cover things like:

3. Follow-Up & Custom Plan
After the meeting, we’ll pull together a custom plan for how we’ll work together. If we need a little more info, we’ll send you some follow-up questions, either through email, loom, or a quick call, to make sure we’re on the same page.
4. Prepping the Partnership
Now we’re in prep mode! We’ll outline how we’ll work together, including:

Communication Channels — How we’ll stay in touch (email, Slack, client portal).

Dev Team — Meet the crew who’ll bring your projects to life.

Documents — Contracts, NDAs, agreements—whatever’s needed.

5. Signing Docs
Once we’re all on the same page, we sign the papers, do a quick happy dance (optional), and get down to the fun part—starting your first project!
